Itchy lesion on scalp
A long standing itchy lesion over the scalp. Skin feels thickened. Hair over the lesion is short. Just a few millimeters. On scratching, keratin layers are falling/being peeled by scratching. No pain, no pustule. No fever. No lymph nodes palpable. No eruptions. What is the cause/diagnosis?
