Itchy Legs
Whenever I go for a walk or a run after about 500mts my legs start to itch and I have to stop and scratch my legs so that the itch goes out. My skin turns red and this becomes unbearable. However when I run in a gym or a closed room I do not face any problem. Can u advice what could be the reason and the remedy
