Itchy hands and legs. Would be greatly!

Hi, I am suffering from itchy hands and legs which at first turns into red patch with small red bumps and later on they look like some insect bite. It has been almost a month now and I have consulted 2 doctors already. The medicine provided by the second doc seems to be working, but it has not stopped forming new bumps on my legs and hands. It suddenly gets itchy at night sometime, which also interrupts my sleep. I am also 2 months pregnant now and worried about it spreading severely. But please note I used to have something similar before I got pregnant as well on my ankels, but it wasn't this severe anytime and used to get well by itself. I am sharing some pictures. If someone can help me find out if this is some insect bite or bed bug or a flea bite or something else. I would be greatly thankful.
