My balls are itchy and i saw some red spots that looked burned on the right one. Pls help, i used luliclin once but the spot became bigger and itchier

Fungal infection doesn'tc one on scrotum so lulifin cream will not work. You may be having scrotal eczema. Stop using soap over that area. Please call me or send photos using online consult option on Practo app for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
