I have constantly itchy eyes which turns into red eyes. Any strain for eyes and water starts coming out of eyes

Constantly itchy eyes point may towards an allergic cause. Its better u consult an ophthalmologist who can examine your eye. if it is allergic conjunctivitis: U will need Olopatadine eye drops twice daily which will have to be used for 2months, Optive eye drops 4 times a day.
