Itchy dry rash & redness

Asked for Male, 33 Years

For 1 week I have ring shaped red rashes in my groin. They eventually became very itchy & dry. Dry skins peels off if I rub. Now these have also gone to underarms & waistline. I have been applying candid ointment & a clotrimazole based talcum which reduced itching but infection continues. What should i do to cure this
