Itchy Dry patch under the foot

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have a dry and itchy patch under the left leg foot. It's of one inch and red in colour. There is no inflammation. Itching generally happens in the night or when have sweaty feet due to walking. Have applied only coconut oil. Please let me know of any cream, which can cure it. Thank you
