Itchy, bumpy skin on upper arm

I have a itchy, bumpy and red skin on left upper arm. It gets worse if it gets any sun, especially in the summer. I have looked online and found out that keratosis pilaris looks very similar to my skin condition. Are there any treatments that I can use to reduce it?
