Itchy and red skin
Since the past 8-9 months i have itchy skin problem especially over my upper chest area and forearms. Whenever i scratch it, it becomes red and even red spots are being seen on forearms. It itches all over my body at some point of time or other. Be it legs, hands, stomach,back, chest etc. I am using Neem soap currently.

Greetings. See, you need to understand that itching is just a symptom and not a disease in itself and can occur with an associated rash in many skin conditions / infections / diseases. Kindly send in pictures of the rash and that could probably help in making a diagnosis. You could take an anti histamine tablet to reduce itching. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging.
