Itchy and bumpy tattoo area
Hi, I got a tattoo 4 years ago, and it healed really well, without any infection. Now after so long, it keeps get really itchy and warm time after time.
I noticed that the inked area was very bumpy today, like hives. Is this normal?
If not, could you please suggest some ointment or something.

It could be having allergic reaction to tattoo material.. it can develop late also..
