Infection of tattoo on fingers
I got a tattoo done on the fingers of my left hand 1 year ago but the effect is gone. I consulted many doctors but till now I have not got any relief from them.

This is a pretty common pigment retention issue with tattoos placed at this site. At this point, we need to remove after- effects of the allergic reaction along with tattoo removal laser in the end to remove any left out pigments.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor who specialises in in-clinic cosmetic procedures such as resurfacing lasers, tattoo removal lasers and/or peels . Medications and creams will not help!

First the overlying infection has to be treated and then the tattoo can be removed. Please take online consultation so that a more detailed history can be taken and medication given accordingly.
