Itching,white skin near my genitial
2 days before i had sudden itching problem near my genitial areas (outside penis and no problem inside).My skin turned somewat white in colour and there is also an ackward order coming from it.Some bumbs are also present.The itch intenses when my skin is in contact with water.Any help???

You may be having tinea or candidial intertrigo. Both are types of fungal infection. It can be treated. Do not put soap over that area. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
