Itching sense on the Testis & near anus
When ever I am having over heat I am getting unbearable itching sense on one of the testis & near the anus. The rupture is shaping up like a wound. This is there for the past 1 year, I have not taken the medication yet. Please help.

Kindly stop itching first of all coz the more u do it the more I will feel like itching. You can apply tropical ointment and take medication by mouth. For now just apply a mild lotion which is an emollient like cetaphil or sebamed. Do not use harsh abrasive soaps on yr genitals only mild baby bath washes. Keep yrself cool.
