  4. Lot of heat. Piles. please suggest me!

Lot of heat
Lot of heat produced while urination and anus.. I can't sit more than 30 minutes on the chair or ground due to heat coming out from anus. May It will cause piles.. Please suggest me

Hello.. Please increase the amount of water you drink..have more fluid..include green leafy vegetables in your diet...consult a gen surgeon once
