Itching sensation in anus & blood spot

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am facing issue with anus. I had hammoroid operation with gun therapy 3 months ago. But the itching session with blood spot in anus still there. Also anus got tighten. I will visit doctor in two days. Qurios about it as this will be 5th visit to doctor.
