Itching, red rashes with little swelling
I came from the office and took a hot shower. While taking the bath, I felt a strong urge of itching my foreskin (on the private part) later after drying myself I found the foreskin has gotten red with red rashes and little lumpy swelling around the tip and end part of the Penis foreskin. I have applied candid powder for now. But it's itchy and little swollen.
