Itching, red dots , dry crack foreskin
Itching, red dots, white layer on foreskin, cracked foreskin of my penis. I am staying in a secluded no network zone area most of the times. In April I was bitten by a big jungly rat. I had swelling and pus in my upper lip and this issue healed to some extent but again it has come back I believe. I don't know. Plz guide me as it can be some big time infection which is not healing completely. Itching is there and foreskin is cracking at many places. It pains as the foreskin pains to go backwards initially.
