Itching problem
Hi Doctor, my penis foreskin retracted back from many years ago and not cover glans in normal case also. When i try to cover glans it again retract back as seen in attached image. Is this normal or Paraphimosis? Also i am having itching under penis foreskin what should i do ? Please help me it looks weird while itching in public places
