Itching palm and feet
I was recently diagnosed with mild anxiety and I sought treatment for the same. The sessions with my therapist helped me address my sleep issues, and also I felt better emotionally and mentally after the treatment. But the problem that still persists is that every time I get nervous or tensed (due to some situation), my palms and soles of feet appear red and also start itching. It goes away in about 5-10 minutes. I was prescribed calamine lotion. I apply it , and that also soothes my irritated skin. However each episode of nervousness is always followed by the itching and redness of palms. Please advise what to do. Also, this started only from the time I tested positive for Covid on 1st May, 2022.
