Itching on the private part

I am having mild itching on the tip of the penis.. I am frequently washing that area from kz soap and applying onabet cream and taking dazit-m tablet I'm better now as compared to earlier, but sometimes I feel itching and noticed some white substance coming from the side of the penis What is this all about??
