  4. Itching on pressure and asthma. I do?

Itching on pressure and asthma
Whenever I do something the points on my fingers where pressure is exerted gets reddened and starts itching. Even if I generally lightly scratch my skin, it leaves red marks and gets swelled. It is happening for the last one month. Along with that my asthma problem has returned after 10 years of gap. What should I do?
