Itching on penis head
Since last few days there is an itching on penis head and cottage cheese like formation under foreskin. I wash under foreskin with warm water n soap yet itching persist. For same reason I am avoiding intercourse as I don't want my partner get infected. Please help with some medication as its very embarrassing.

Your problems may be due to fungal infections, don't worry, apply antifungal oint thrice a day,e g. quadriderm oint, Wash with Lukewarm boric acid water or KMnO4 solution in water ,wash after every urination etc, also take antifungal tab.weekly,or Arogya Vardhini Vati 2 tabs bid,Cap Majistha Himalaya drug 1 bid,drop water stream on penis from upward to downward Many times
