Hello
Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A cold compresses
B avoid rubbing eyes
C. Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears
D. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases
