Itching on both palms from two days
I have been facing itching on both my palms from past two days. Today I notice some small boils kind of things on my palms. They are not red and can be seen only from close quarters.
I would like to know the medicine to be taken and also the precautions

You may be suffering from eczema which is a kind of irritant contact dermatitis due to use of detergents during washing of clothes or utensils. Cracks and thickened skin on palms can also be due to psoriasis. Please avoid detergent for some time.
