Itching on body woth red rash

I have Facing itching problem with red rash, in stomach, back , neck shoulder and hand, in 2011 the same problem happened with me dr that time said it is a food allergies, after that problem is cure, but from 2-3 days the same problem occurs in 2021 means its 10 yrs now.
