Itching on anus and groin area
I had itching near anal hole and also slightly inside anal hole for past 5 years. Have consulted 3 or 4 doctors but the itching will go for a while but will come back. Also I used betnovate cream for instant relief. Nowadays( past 2 weeks) I'm not feeling much itching on anal hole area but my both groin inner thigh areas affected with red spots, dark areas and itching. Now the skin seems to be slight broken on the groin area and little painfull. After consulting the doctor now I'm using itraconazole and atarex tablet along with Betamil GM cream on affected areas(anal hole and groin inner thigh area). Itching stopped but the skin became too soft and peel off is there and bit painfull. Is this related to Jock Itch? Will Jock Itch have anal hole itching as well. Kindly help in knowing what exactly it is because have been around 5 years having anal hole itching and last 2 weeks only started the groin itching.

Itching in the groins is due to fungal infection . Itching in anal hole may or may not be related. Need a detailed consultation regarding anal itching. There are many other reasons for anal itching which need to be ruled out.
Next Steps
