Itching,no rashes
I get skin itching all over body and tingling sensation without any rashes from 1 year.I have noticed that after eating foods like chicken and spinach.I have severe itching. I got my blood tested and found that my RBC count is marginally more than normal count for women. Does too much iron in blood affect the flow of blood and cause symptons like itching? Please help! Certain foods trigger bad itching.I am conerned about having food containing iron. I have lost peace of mind and can't concentrate on anything.
