Hi , How are you doing ? If you are sexually active this could be sexually active Vaginal infection is transmitted during sex, so both have to be treated at a time or else you will get infected next time of sex. Before treatment confirm that you are not pregnant You & your partner can have - am mentioning Chemical names 1. Tab. Fluconazole 150 mg stat ( only 1 tab , no repeatation) After lunch 2. Tab. Azithromycin 1 gm stat ( only 1 tab , no repeatation ) 1 hour Before food 3. tab Secnidazole forte 2tabs stat ( no repeatation ) after dinner All these on same day by both of you. Later you have Cap. Doxycyllin 100 mg twicw a day for 1 week, Vaginal wash with V WASH or similar cleanser twice a day & vaginal pessary - Cap. Clingen forte or Candid -CL or Cansoft CL once at night for 5 nights. Your partner can have local application of any antibiotic & antifungal cream ( Candid B or Candiderma or Lobate GM ) on penis twice a day after wash for 7 days Don't have sex till the infection is fully gone. Do treat it as delay may send the infection inwards & may affect both you & partner's future fertility If you a not sexually active this could be fungal infection of the skin. called tenia cruris. You will have to wash area twice a day with water only & delicate soaps like Dove or Pears. Apply Candid- B or Candiderma or Lobate GM to itching & the surrounding area twice a day for 7 continuous days. Avoid synthetic or nylone undergarments, they hold back water long. Avoid undergarments at night, so will dry faster If not better you will have to meet Gynecologist, who can do internal examination Hope I have answered your query, do write back if any moe queries All the best

See a gynecologist. You might be having fungal or bacterial infection. That needs to be checked out. Drink plenty of water and wear cotton innerwear
