Itching just above the earlobe
When I woke up today, my left ear just above the ear lobe(anti-tragus) is very itchy. It's kind of swelled too.

It is unusual place for itching, more so because it has swelled up due to itching.
I suggest you consult a Dermatologist. It seems to be a skin problem.
