Itching in vagina
Hi doc, my wife is having itching in vagina after our first intercourse. It's been a week now. We used lubricant on outer area of vagina during intercourse. There are also rashes and mild pain in that area. What could be the possible reason and medicines to be used?

It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes, towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Sounds like you might have an allergic reaction to the lubricant. Your wife is 23, she shouldn't have issues with lubrication. Any rash now could be the allergic reaction with secondary fungal infection. Common for that to happen.
