Itching in the scalp
There is severe itching on the scalp.It started in a small region first and now it has spread.It looks like dandruff but dandruff spreads all over the scalp,this is only in a small area near the neck.We have already consulted the doctor but the medicine didn't work. Pl give suggestions.

Hi.
It appears to be scalp psoriasis or Seborrheic dermatitis which can be brought into remission by certain medications and life style changes.Most of the patients do well if they stick to the recommendations. Kindly see a dermatologist for a treatment plan.
