It looks like a fugal infection affecting your groin area..... Take care for cleanliness, use antifungal powder regularly. eg mycoderm talcum Now take tan Fluconazole 150 1 tab daily for 5days , then 200mg weekly ×6tabs Cloben G ointment twice a day for few days only. If lit of itching, then add tab Atarax 10mg  twice daily for few days till symptoms regress. After getting wel, use coconut oil regularly to be applied to the affected area twice a day, and massage it in groin area. Pigmentation wl also go, but slowly. Stay Clean, healthy, n happy

Itraconazole 200 mg po once/day or terbinafine 250 mg po once/day for 3 to 6 wk may be needed in patients who have refractory, inflammatory, or widespread infections.
