Itching in the anal region
I have the sensation and urge to itch my anal region continously since two years .. I have some external hemorroids also present .. Please suggest some treatment

If you are experiencing the situation (hemorrhoid) first time you need to get it evaluated from a physician.it's varicose vein in anal region ,to some it bleeds to some it may not.It may be internal or external.Since the blood vessel has lost it anatomy it leads to irritation their and secretion and hence itching .Itching is also due to Fecal matter getting in contact with injured blood vessels and damaged mucosa.

Mild Laxative for easy defecation
some pain killers as prescribed by physician after examining it.
you may use Vaseline for lubrication for easy defecation and also for less irritation.

Mild daily exercise and high fibre diet ,decreasing oily spicy and junk food is better for your gut and also for health and this may help you over a period to get over hemorrhoid.For now take some rest and medicine as prescribed by physician.
