It sounds like worm infestation. Would recomend syp albendazole 10 ml to be taken at night before sleeping. And i wuld recomend a second dose at 1 week for decreasing the chances of reinfection and better efficacy.

Yes , it is due to worm infestation. The entire family should take albendazole medicine for complete eradication .
Child is 20 months . so you have to half dose - that is 200 mg - during night one hour after food .
