Itching in scrotum
Hi, I have been diagnosed with severed ring worm about 2/3 months ago with the itraconazole tab and amorolfine cream. Now my scrotum is very itchy with red rash I've benn using cortimazole cream and keto power about 20 days. There is no sign of recovery more rash and itching day by day. What should I do to treat this. I have been cleaning the groin area twice or thrice a day and keep it dry before application of the cream. What should I do please help.

Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Till then use only OTC anti-allergic medications to control itching. Personal hygiene should be good. Wear loose fitting clothes.
