MY DAUGHTER IS 31WEEKS PREGNANT...SHE IS HAVING ITCHING SINCE TEN DAYS..LFT IS NORMAL...SGOT IS 42 AND IS REMAINING CONSTANTS BUT SGPT IS 75...SGPT HAS INCREASED FROM 65 TO PRESENT 75 IN A WEEK..SHE IS ADVICED UDILIV 150 TWICE DAILY FOR 30 DAYS...HOW TO KEEP SGPT CONSTANT...

SGPT 75 is not very high in pregnancy, it is normal and it is a self Limiting as soon as patient delivers the itching is over,you are taking udiliv,nothing else to be done,keep watch on bilirubin,take care
