Itching in penis head and foreskin
Recently I have been experiencing itching around the tip of my penis. Mainly around the foreskin and also around the head. I have had a childhood condition of my foreskin not retracting. It has never caused any problem. But currently the itching is getting out of hands. There is a small white discharge at times as well and a foul smell. What do I do about it?
