  4. Itching in left Breast. And how to cure?

Itching in left Breast
My wife has got crack skin and itching in the left part of breast beside nipple. It occurs in every winter and the itching is continuous for whole winter upto 2-3 months, crack skin looks severe sometimes.She says it is happening to her from last 6-7 years and using boroplus for relief. Any suggestions, what to do and how to cure ? Thanks
