Itching in labia
I have been suffering from itchiness down there from the past 10 years. Consulted multiple gyneacologists but to no avail. Only tests and medicines. The issue goes dormant on its own for few days/months/years and recurs again. What i want to know is that i love swimming and left it almost 7 years back. Can i do swimming for 1-2 months with any precautions? Will swimming affect it? I want to swim again very much. Please suggest how can i minimise its ill effects.

I think you can swim, but you have to maintain hygiene, avoid overcrowded pools, opt for hotel pools and avoid highly chlorinated once,
