Itching in hands, legs and neck in the evenings and nights for 2 weeks. Took avil for three days and itch reduced. After stopping medication, it again resumed and gets worse every day. I moisturise thrice a day with coconut oil and cetaphil. But the itch doesn't seem to reduce. I have lot of scratches and burning feeling on my hands, neck and legs due to this itching. I have not tried any new food. I am using the same bed, detergent, soap and mositurizer as usual. Can't think of any allergies that could have triggered this.

You need to make sure that its not a fungal infection as that is also a cause of increased itching during night time. Consult a dermatologist or opt for online consultation to reach the exact diagnosis bt sharing photos of the affected area
