Are you a regular computer user if so you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome and dryness. Any steroid preparation may still worsen the problem. Please share a close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision. Or initiate an online consultation.

Pyrimon-df eye drops probably has steroids which are generally not safe for a longer time. You shouldn't use it on your own. Switch to Pataday eye drops once a day for 15 days, and change refresh tears to optive eye drops 4 times a day. Pataday is a non steroidal anti allergic, very safe
Next Steps
cold compresses when you feel like rubbing your eyes

Please start oral omega3 fatty acids. Blink eyes more frequently and avoid sitting in air conditioned room for long. Pyrinom eye drops contains steroid which is usually given in moderate to severe dry eyes. For itching you should use artificial tears frequently and a good lubricant ointment at night. Avoid prolonged screen time also.

The drop you are using probably has steroid. Do not use that initially. Just use a good lubricating eye drop.
Health Tips
be well hydrated and give adequate rest to eyes during screen work.
