  4. Itching breast. Problem is not resolved.

My wife is facing itching breast problems, we consulted a doctor, as per her prescribed medicine problem is not resolved.

It might be due to synthetic/ tight clothes causing contact dermatitis. Wear cotton loose clothes. If problem does not get relieved consult a skin specialist.
