Itching , swelling , crunchy skin of breast constantly from 10-15 days.....during itching of breast if i rub the breast ...there is bleeding in that area ..

Maybe due to dryness of skin. Put  some calamine lotion and wear loose clothes. if it persists, then will look for other causes.
