Itching between legs

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi, I am having itching between the legs and bottom side of the testicles. I have used itch guard, when I use it the itching goes away but after 3-4 days I am having it again. It's repetetive. Please suggest a cream/medicine to stop this. Thank you.
