Itching sensation around nipples. Is it an allergy or some other diseases. No other symptoms. Need to worry about it

Thanks for the query. Image would have been helpful for comjng to right diagnosis. For time being use antihistaminics for itch problem and consult any dermatologist and get appropriate treatment.
