Itching around testicles

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have heavy sweating in my genital area and also my body. I had itching around my testis. I used clotrimazole powder but it should not reduce my sweat and also itching. But clobetasole propionate and salicylic acid combination works well. Now I really confused to use which one. Plz suggest me..
