Itching and swelling

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Have been getting red dot and itching and swelling on face arms. Doc gave betnesol forte for 2 wks twice a day. Now after 2 wks it is still reoccurring and doc advised to take betnesol for another 2 wks it is harmful and have some affects ??
