Itching and rashes on hands and legs

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Iam 9 months pregnant and developed rashes and severe itching during night... Doctor prescribed permethrin 5% lotion to be applied for every alternate day for 3 days and halobetasol propionate lotion to be applied on mng and night... Pls let me know of they are safe to use during pregnancy... Iam very much worried about baby as iam in the last days of preganncy and my delivery would be on 21st july
