Itching and Rash

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have severe itching and rash between Thigh joints.I have used anti-fungal powder but it doesn't work.Also I don't have any fungal infection.I have used medical oil but none of it affects.I have also little itching around scrotum.What should I do?
