Itching and dry patches around perineum
Hello,
Suffering from severe itching around anus and private parts and surrounding area. Previously there was fungal infection around groin area and sporanox 100 and teczine both are being used since 1.5 month under doctor s consultation. Infection gone from groin but still persist in private area. Severe itching, no discharge, dry patches and skin peeling and burning upon scratching.
Please help me what should I do further and which specialist can help in that ( gynaecologist or dermatologist). Pic attached for reference.

It's Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
